Exchanges or Store Credit Only!
At La Bella Rose we feel that all of our customers will always love our lingerie collections and be delighted with their purchase. However, we can exchange the item or offer a store credit if you are not satisfied for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with all labels intact and any free gift is returned unopened with the item. If trying on briefs and thongs, please ensure that these are tried on over clean underwear. In everyone’s interest, we cannot exchange briefs that have not been tried in this manner.
Please ensure that UK returns are delivered to us within 15 days of you having originally received the order (7 days for sale items) and International Returns within 22 days of you having originally received the order (15 days for sale items)
PLEASE EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM so that we know that it will be arriving and can make sure that we have received it safely within the correct timescale.
If you need to return an item, then please email us at email@example.com stating whether you would like an alternative item. In this way we know that the returned item will be arriving with us and we can take care of your request efficiently. Please send the item back to us recorded 2nd class(UK Only) and we will refund this amount to you for the first return. (NB Subsequent returns and delivery costs will be charged).
Please note that for limited edition/pre-order/made to order items we may not be able to offer a exchange on the same basis as described above – in this instance, please contact us and we can help. Please also note that sale items are exchange only. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
